The answer is YES!
Merge Conference is both conference and mission trip. Merge Conference offers both student and adult leader training and Scripture-based teaching with a heavy 4-day mission component that allows youth to step into another’s story and serve their needs though community service projects. Merge Conference is more than an event. We seek to learn, worship, and serve the community. Our goal is to equip and train students, youth workers, and volunteers with Biblical principles.
At Group Mission Trips, our team is made of professionals who are also moms, dads, aunts, young adults, and those young at heart who all step in your shoes every day as real, relational individuals.
We believe the next generation is made up of influencers, difference-makers, and powerful leaders and there’s no better time than NOW to invest in our youth. We also believe service promotes spiritual growth and authentic relationships.
We’ve built partnerships in each conference location to provide sustainable and meaningful service opportunities for all Merge Conference participants. Our guest speakers are well-trained ministry professionals who are in the trenches of youth ministry. They’re equipped with relevant and Scripture-based teaching to encourage teenagers in their personal relationship with Jesus.
We’re partnered with churches in each location—churches who are already embedded in the heart of each community, providing the knowledge and the insight to the needs in their own community. This keeps tasks and service projects focused to the true needs of the community members.
